[Information on exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds for domestic delivery items]


Change/Cancellation: To change/cancel an order for domestic delivery items, you can change/cancel an order by contacting the customer service center by 5:00 pm on the same day after confirming the order. If delivery has already started, real-time cancellation is not possible, and exchange/return is possible if there is no defect in the product after receipt and the exchange/return conditions are met.


Cases where exchange/return is possible (domestic delivery items): Return/exchange before unopening due to simple change of mind after receiving the product is possible within 7 days of receiving the product at the expense of the customer's round-trip shipping fee. However, if the product has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been lost, exchange/return is not possible. If the content of the supplied product or service is different from the displayed or advertised content or is performed differently, exchange, return or refund is possible within 3 months from the date of supply and within 30 days from the date of knowing the fact.


In cases where exchange and return are not possible (domestic delivery items): If the product is lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer, if the packaging of the product is opened or the packaging is damaged and the product value is lost, resale is not possible due to the passage of time If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the point of difficulty, or if the value of the product has significantly decreased due to customer use or partial consumption, exchange or return is not possible, so please purchase carefully.


※ If you change your mind and exchange or return the product, you must bear the cost of returning the product.

 

Please note that if you return the product after using it, it will be returned to you. In the following cases, you can return the product even after opening it, and we will issue a refund immediately.


1. In the case of attaching a dermatological diagnosis due to skin trouble after using the product (the cost of the diagnosis is borne by the customer)


2. If a defect is found after opening the product (within 7 days after receiving the product)


How to apply for returns: Contact the customer service center and we will process it quickly.


Refund (domestic delivery items): When refunding domestic delivery products, we will refund the payment amount within 3 business days after confirming whether or not the return has been confirmed. If you paid with a credit card, cancel the credit card approval to prevent payment from being charged. )
