[Confirmation of normal product purchase]

When the product order is complete, a message indicating that the purchase has been completed will be displayed, and an order confirmation email and text message will be sent to you. You can also confirm your purchase in the [Order/Delivery Inquiry] menu at the top.


[Order Guide]

Ordering domestic goods takes place in the following steps:


1. Product search > 2. Add to cart > 3. Member ID login or non-member order > 4. Fill out an order form > 5. Select payment method and make payment > 6. Order success screen (order number)


※For non-member orders, please make a note of the order number and approval number (when paying by credit card) in step 6. However, if you are a member, it is automatically saved, so you do not need to manage it separately.

 

[Change/Cancellation of Order Details]

If you want to cancel the items in the shopping cart, click the delete button located on the right side of the shopping cart to cancel the order.


[Check order history]

After order completion, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer's e-mail address. You can. If you purchase as a member, enter your member ID and password, and if you purchase as a non-member, enter your order number to check your order history. When ordering as a non-member, be sure to read the order number.
